Water-based adhesives are mainly dried or bonded by a large amount of water absorbed from their surface. Since the adhesive has a raw solid starch gelled on the paste line to absorb water. Generally, the bonding time is short, and the water is completely absorbed by the air and paper fibers. Water-based adhesives are mainly used in corrugated board production lines for immediate and robust results.

In order to achieve the bonding effect, the manufacturer adds a suspoemulsion to the starch and water emulsion to reconcile it so as to increase the bonding concentration and prevent precipitation. The water-based adhesive has the characteristics of good initial tack, strong holding force, large peeling force, good frost resistance, aging resistance, non-toxicity, odorlessness, excellent pressure-sensitive adhesive property and convenient use. Mainly used in the coating manufacturing process of sealing tape, label, trademark, etc.

This kind of water-based adhesive is harmless to the human body, but we cannot transfer it into raw water during use, nor can it mix with other liquids, and it can't be eaten. If it is not used, it should be sealed.

The water-based adhesive should be stored well to avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and anti-freezing. If there is no agglomeration and no odor during the general inspection, it can be used continuously, otherwise it is an expired product.
